EACR25 will bring together the cancer research community alongside world-class invited speakers to discuss the most innovative current research topics, interact and form new collaborations.
The Congress will offer many opportunities for you to meet and discuss with your target audience, raise your profile among the cancer research community and showcase the latest solutions you offer. Partnership and support from companies, charities and foundations are invaluable to the success of the EACR Congress.
IMPORTANT - A successful application made by a company wishing to participate at the 25th Biennial Congress of the European Association for Cancer Research implies full acceptance of the requirements and policies contained within this document as well as the technical specifications in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
*Please note that if your company is based in the UK, we will invoice you in sterling using the current HMRC exchange rate.
In the past we have been made aware of accommodation service providers contacting EACR exhibitors offering accommodation for the dates of the Congress. They may claim to be part of the 'official Congress housing unit'. Please note that the EACR has no agreement or affiliation with these providers and we recommend that companies do not give any information to them.
